JULIANA BURRELL

I was born & raised in South America until I was 17 years old. After completing my degree at Indiana University, I joined a professional circus troupe as an aerialist and toured nationally for 4 years. After touring I returned to Indiana and began work as an Art Educator.

Recently I have taken to acrylic painting, I am very interested in human relationships and emotions. Bold lines, colors and defined shapes are the hallmark of my style. My rich and diverse cultural background are a constant source of inspiration, from my early experiences in Brazil, to the enchantment of circus life.
